In October 2005, a group of artists united more by long  personal relationships  than schools or forms of expression, decided to assemble together to make a presentation at the Morro Castle, the historic fortress that sits at the entrance of Havana’s Bay . The monument – because of its architectural beauty and history- would make an excellent enclave as an art gallery. Furthermore its magnificent passages and expansive rooms were readily available for use by the members. The artists who started the group were:
 
      Esteban Leyva, Alejandro Leyva, Javier Guerra, Mayito,
Li Domínguez, photographers  Enrique de la Uz and Carlos Alvarado (Salvadoran based in USA)

   Shortly after,  Emilio Nuñez joins the ensemble as  work coordinator  with the assistance of attorney Lazaro Estrada.
 
      The organization issued a statement of purpose entitled "We are !T" due to its unique yet diverse artistic composition while  giving a humorous  touch  to the endeavor.
 

Because of some success of this first proposal, viabilizaron, through the group other projects.

In coordination with Mary Milián, director of Collage Havana painters integrated
this group participated in the International Art Fair Madrid in February 2006.
Later he opened a second exhibition of TGC Graphics (Taller de Gráfica
Contemporary) which coincides with the XV International Book Fair.

  The artists join Nelson Dominguez, Choco and Juan Carlos Alom, another new proposal exhibition which coincided with the IX Biennale Habana.Tambien as part of the Biennale, painters of all the artists involved in the exposure draft Monstruos eaters Energy organized and directed by Mayito.Esta route has been shown by several countries.

  Moreover, we coordinate with the promoter "Benny Moré" for an homage to the figure of our classical music by the 85 anniversary His birthday. For the first time the Arts is a tribute to integrate this type. New artists participated in various events, including Escultor Herminio Escalona. The exhibition was held at the Hotel Habana Libre and was called "Today as yesterday."

There was interest by the hotel management in further exhibitions there.
We decided to make a statement on 20 October 2006 by the National Culture Day was called "Living." Besides the usual artists join Juan Moreira, Alicia Leal, Sandor Gonzalez, Ever Fonseca. Kike Wong, Manuel Alberto Comas and Lescay.

Nelson Dominguez, an exhibition of works by artists of the children
studying in different schools of art or have been devoted to the visual arts. This
exposure of a national, had the support of the trades and Gallery Foundation
Caguayo and was called "Son of a cat ..." It was inaugurated on October 27, 2006. The idea is repeat every two years because of young artists and in full development. There is also the idea of merging the show with a performance of "Children of cat" musicians. At the opening was a trial, where they sang the daughters of Pablo Milanes. This exhibition caused great expectation.
The first of December 2006 on the occasion of the celebrations of the 80th birthday of the Commander in Chief Fidel Castro, inaugurated, in the Havana Libre Hotel, which has become the headquarters of the group, the exhibition "The Painter more accurate" . Which included a shirt designed by the Commander in Chief and a piece of Antonio Guerrero, one of the Five Heroes.

  In a joint proposal was discussed with the leadership of the Wider Caribbean and the Ministry of Tourism, the donation to the installation of a collective mural, which maintains the tradition muralística the building. Was conducted by members of the group to which are now added Ernesto García Peña, Rafael Perez Alonso, Eduardo Abela, Vincent R. Bonachea This was officially launched on March 19, 2007, on the anniversary, along with an exhibition that includes other artists. In June 2007, and formed a group exhibition was held throughout the province of Ciego de Avila, this included a sample of works by Antonio Guerrero at the U.S. prison shipped to the project proposal to the organizers for this purpose. In Santa Isabel de las Lajas, Cienfuegos was held an exhibition on the occasion of 86 anniversary of Benny More and donated to the school set a wall where people lajas Benny saw the last time this was done by artists and artists of the project the province.

On March 17, 2008 the 50th anniversary of the Hotel Habana Libre, a new exhibition which invited several young artists and gave the first oil of Antonio Guerrero.

Actually the  project has expanded and increased in quality and quantity, in the Coffee Concert Gatot Tuerto again, closer ties between culture and tourism joined more than 60 artists on permanent exhibition, making this restaurant a place for the new gallery project.

In its short existence, the group has grown with the addition of free artists of various ages and manifestations which remains healthy heterogeneity. We believe that this is due to the attractiveness of the various activities and exhibitions that have been made which stimulates us to maintain the existing lines of work and allow new entrants.
